STI-1.6-160VR - Silicone Ready STI-1.6-160VR with Automation
The STI-1.6-160VR at Rubber Expo will be integrated with automation equipment - cured products will be automatically picked from the cavity and placed on a finished parts conveyor to the side of the press. This inexpensive system greatly reduces operator work time. The press will be configured to mold rubber silicone, and will feature a cold runner system and vacuum.
The STI-4.0-450VS is a 500-ton vertical injection molding machine that has a low operating height and strip-feed height. Thanks to the automatically adjustable sliding block, no steps or platforms are required anywhere around the press.
STI-Net - Injection Molding Machine Networking System
This press networking system enables the status monitoring and gathering of various kinds of data from multiple presses to a remotely located central PC. Information that can be gathered includes, production history, alarm history and setting changes.
