Sanyu USA is dedicated to providing a comprehensive service to our customers throughout the Americas.

Service Center:

SANYU’s service center, located in Maumee, Ohio carries inventory of all standard parts for our rubber injection molding machines and automation systems in place in the Americas. In total there are over 3,000 different parts and components for which SANYU carries inventory. Next day delivery service is available for any location in the US.

Technical Support:

SANYU USA’s mechanical, electrical and program field service engineers are on-hand to assist our customers with rubber injection machine installations and servicing and to provide consultation on upgrades, process improvements and trouble-shooting.

Training Programs:

SANYU provides comprehensive training programs that can be adapted to suit the unique needs of each customer. The following training programs are provided at machine installation or can be scheduled at any time when needed by our customers:

· Operator Training

· Mold Setter Training

· Supervisor Training

· Maintenance Training

Project Management:

After understanding the part and production objectives, Sanyu's project engineering departments in the USA and Japan work with customers to develop the optimum rubber injection molding machine set-up and process, which may include tooling and automation systems.
