Vacuum chamber covering the clamp area enables the creation of a vacuum within the entire tool prior to injection. This helps to ensure consistent cavity fills even with very complex parts and difficult materials. The vacuum chamber can be accessed from all 4 sides. This press is built on the successful VR series platform that is characterized by a compact design with low operating height and strip feeding height eliminating need for steps or platforms. It also has high injection pressure, powerful vacuum pumps and large heating platen (25.59” x 25.59”).
